Bewertungen für Weltparking

It's not far from the airport. Going to the airport went oke. Coming back was awful. I called on whatsapp and sent multiple messages with foto's of my location to ask if I was in the right spot. My calls where declined. Later I called again on normal phone and they told me i lied and I did sent them. I was called back by a DIFFERENT number and that number they used for whatsapp. Than they started yelling at me on the phone that it was my mistake and I did not wait 1.5 houre at the airport. It was all my fault according to them. They keep hanging up on me when I ask where they are and what the location is. They wanted to let me there. The phone number they use and where I had to sent a photo of my location is not in any contact info. Not the bevestiging not the mail. And there number has the company name on there whatsapp so as a cliënt you could not know they use 2 numbers for different things. No compensation or sorry whatsoever

vor allem fand ich den Herrn..., der uns gefahren hat, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne würden wir bald wieder reisen und diesen Service natürlich wieder einplanen. Bis bald

Schneller und Reibungsloser Ablauf.

Matig. Duidelijker vooraf melden dat je per persoon in de shuttlebus 10 euro betaalt, dus dat je beter de meeste reizigers eerst op het vliegveld afzet en dan 1 of 2 (is inclusief de prijs) naar de parking laat gaan. Parking is overigens een klein terrein bij een garage. Niet overdekt en alle auto's best strak naast elkaar geparkeerd. En de communicatie via telefoon is in slecht Duits. Moeilijk te verstaan voor Nederlanders, die wel Duits spreken en schrijven.

Habe diese Buchung, direkt am selben Tag storniert, Gründe hierfür in der Email angegeben. Bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen und auch mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten. Spricht nicht für Service ,den ich erwarten würde. Daher kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben.
